Aeronamics developed a hydrofoiling sailboat which makes the foiling experience available to a wide group of sailing enthusiasts.
We asked our water sports friends how they would like to sail a hydrofoiler and what is important to them. Convenience, durability and high speed were the answers we received most.

The Flo1 has 4 sailing modes:
Traditional the boat floats and displaces water like a traditional sailboat.
Planing by increasing speed, the boat reduces its drag and goes even faster.
Skimming the foils lift the boat, increasing speed, with the hull barely touching the water.
Foiling the hull flies above the water, minimizing the drag.
Easy to transport
Feature and specification
At 4.30 meters in length, the Flo1 fits on standard dinghy trailers. The foils can be removed in just two minutes without any tools, and the mast can be split into two pieces, reducing its total length by half. Designed for easy transport, the Flo1 also offers versatility in sailing modes, allowing for a customized experience in various conditions.

The Flo1 reaches a top speed of 22 knots (40 km/h)
Take off on foils with a minimal wind speed of 6–8 knots.
It performs well across a wide range of wind conditions, maintaining stability throughout.
